Shipping Information

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times vary by location—Washington State orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while out-of-state orders may take up to 11 business days to reach their destination. 

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Each Juniper Beach Candle Co. item is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches, and we take great care in every order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us directly so we can assist with the process.

Returns are handled by mail, and return instructions will be provided once the request is approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Because our candles are handmade, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original form of payment.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
