We currently ship within the United States,
Canada, and the United Kingdom.

United States

Standard shipping typically arrives
within 3–7 business days.

Orders over $55 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Canada

Flat-rate international shipping is $15 and
typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

United Kingdom

Flat-rate international shipping is $24 and
typically arrives within 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to duties
or import taxes upon delivery.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, candles may soften in transit.
Each order is carefully packaged, but we recommend
bringing your package indoors soon after delivery.

Local Pickup Orders

Contactless local pickup is available in Stanwood, Washington for eligible orders.

If you choose local pickup at checkout, please select your preferred pickup date and time in the shopping bag before continuing to checkout.

Local pickup orders are prepared around your selected pickup date and time whenever possible. If any adjustment is needed, we’ll reach out right away.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup details, including the address, gate code, and instructions, will be included in your order confirmation and pickup notification emails.

Please review your pickup details before arriving so your order can be collected smoothly.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches, and we take great care with every order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please reach out so we can assist you.

Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original form of payment.

if your order arrives damaged.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
