We believe shipping should feel simple and transparent. Below you’ll find our shipping timelines, processing information, local pickup details, and return guidelines.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

United States

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

Orders over $55 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Canada

Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $15 and typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

United Kingdom

Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $24 and typically arrives within 7–14 business days.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, candles may soften in transit. We carefully package each order, but recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Local Pickup Orders

Contactless local pickup is available in Stanwood, Washington for eligible orders.

If you choose local pickup at checkout, please select your preferred pickup date and time in the shopping bag before continuing to checkout. The pickup date and time fields appear near the order note section before the checkout button.

Pickup details, including the address, gate code, and pickup instructions, will be included in your order confirmation email and pickup notification email.

Please review your pickup details before arriving so your order can be collected smoothly.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to shipment.

Local pickup orders are prepared based on the selected pickup date and time whenever possible. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Each Juniper Beach Candle is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches, and we take great care in every order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out so we can assist you.

Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used candles.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original form of payment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
