Hi there, and welcome to Juniper Beach Candle Co.

My love for the Washington Coast started in childhood, spending summers at my family’s beach cabin on Juniper Beach — a quiet stretch of shoreline where salt air, drifting tides, and peaceful views shaped my deep appreciation for nature. Those memories became the heart behind this brand. Every candle is hand-poured to capture that same coastal calm and bring a little piece of the shore into your home.

With a background as a registered nurse, health and well-being have always been important to me. After becoming a stay-at-home mom to my two boys, I felt inspired to create something of my own — something meaningful that aligned with those values. What began as a hobby soon grew into a collection of sustainable, clean-burning candles made with eco-conscious ingredients.

Hemp Paper

Our care cards, gift tags, and botanical melt boxes are thoughtfully designed, printed, and folded in-house using premium hemp paper made from 70% post-consumer waste and 30% hemp fiber.

Every printed detail reflects our belief that thoughtful materials elevate both the experience and the impact.

Glass Vessel

Our elegant, glossy white candle jars are carefully selected and rigorously tested through extensive burn trials to ensure exceptional safety and durability. Designed to be timeless and versatile, they complement any space with quiet sophistication.

Once the candle has burned, these vessels can be repurposed for storage, home décor, or planters—encouraging sustainability well beyond the burn.

Candle Labels

Our hemp candle labels are made from recycled materials and processed without chlorine, with each design created in-house to reflect the care behind every candle. Durable and thoughtfully crafted, they feature a subtle textured finish that balances beauty and sustainability.

Designed to last, our labels are smudge-proof and freezer- and microwave-safe, making it easy to repurpose your vessel long after the candle has burned.

Packaging

Our packaging reflects our commitment to sustainability, using kraft paper boxes and recycled crinkle paper to reduce waste and preserve forests. Naturally biodegradable and compostable, these materials return gently to the earth while their lightweight nature helps lower transportation emissions.

Each candle box is finished with rustic burlap twine—a plastic-free alternative that adds both charm and function—creating packaging that protects your purchase while caring for the planet.

Pine Lids

Our candle lids are made from sustainably sourced pine wood—a fast-growing, renewable resource harvested from responsibly managed forests. Naturally biodegradable and recyclable, pine offers a low environmental impact while supporting sustainable forestry practices.

Its natural carbon-storing properties and warm grain provide a beautiful, durable finish that complements each candle while honoring our commitment to conscious materials.
